The Reality After Closing
Clients lose visibility after closing.
Once the transaction is complete, homeowners often don’t have insight into activity tied to their property in public records.
Activity can happen without their awareness.
Certain filings or updates—such as recorded documents—may occur without a homeowner’s knowledge.
Staying informed isn’t always easy.
Many homeowners rely on multiple sources or third-party services for additional monitoring.
